Charlie's Sprouts is an urban farm growing wheatgrass, kale, alfalfa, sunflower, pea, and radish right here in the city! You may be familiar with their greens in healthy juices freshly made at The Vine on South Grand or the I Love Juice Bar locations in Clayton or on Manchester Road. They also set up their own stall at the farmer's market in The Loop on weekends!
Their grilled cheese entry is going to be a cornucopia of flavors with gouda, swiss, sharp cheddar, sprouted spicy and sweet seed blend, sunflower sprouts, radish sprouts, broccoli sprouts, sweet peppers, and thick cut sprouted wheat bread. There will also be pico de gallo for dipping!
