Valentis Delicatessen and Market Place has been serving up sandwiches for 75 years. Started in St. Louis City, they're currently a popular feature on Main Street St. Charles. Using locally baked breads from Fazio's and Amighetti's on the Hill and fresh meats, they have a killer lunch menu of Italian style sandwich favorites. Meatball subs, chicken Caesar clubs, pulled pork, roast beef and more are served up every day!
Their entry in the festival is their signature "Big Kid Grilled Cheese", a creamy, cheesy, and a little bit peppery entry featuring peppadew cheddar, swiss, shaved Parmesan on Sourdough! Take a look at this grilled-to-perfection cheesy delight:
